The State Council of Quality (SCQ) of the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) held its 142nd regular meeting on October 8, 2025, during which several important issues related to accreditation processes and quality assurance in higher education in the Republic of Kosovo were reviewed.

Among the key points of discussion were the review of several reports prepared by international accreditation experts, the assessment of new program accreditation applications, as well as applications that had been postponed from the previous meeting.

The Council also discussed monitoring reports and post-accreditation procedure reports for higher education institutions, in addition to addressing various institutional requests submitted to the Agency.

Furthermore, during the meeting, members reviewed applications for the selection of evaluation experts and engaged in a comprehensive discussion on the outcomes of the Third International Conference of the Kosovo Accreditation Agency, which took place on September 30, 2025.

The meeting concluded with a review of other relevant matters that contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality assurance system in higher education in Kosovo.
