The Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) organised a workshop from 28 to 31 October 2026, with the aim of reviewing, completing and finalising important documents related to the Agency’s functioning and the advancement of its institutional processes.

During the workshop, discussions and working sessions were held on the development and improvement of several key KAA documents, including:

The Regulation on Communication within the KAA Administration, the draft of which was presented by Prof. Jeton Mehmeti, an expert from the SHER project. Following discussions and the review of comments and proposals from participants, it was agreed that the document would be finalised by incorporating the suggestions received. KAA expresses its gratitude to the SHER project for the support provided in the development of this regulation.

The KAA Performance Plan for 2027, which aims to define the Agency’s institutional objectives and priorities for the coming year.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Accreditation, Monitoring and Post-Accreditation Coordinator, aimed at clarifying and standardising responsibilities and working procedures.

The workshop represents an important step towards strengthening KAA’s institutional capacities, improving coordination among organisational units, and standardising internal working processes.

Through these activities, KAA continues its commitment to enhancing institutional efficiency, strengthening transparency, and advancing internal quality assurance mechanisms, in order to fulfil its mandate and achieve its strategic objectives.
