CEENQA presents the success of KAA in the process of digitalization of services
The December issue of the newsletter of the Central and Eastern Europe Network of Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (CEENQA), presents the successful work of the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) in finalising the implementation project for general digitisation of processes in the KAA.
Side by side with the other sister agencies of Central and Eastern Europe, on page 13 of this newsletter, KAA-Kosovo is presented with the title “The feasibility study for the digitisation and automation of processes in the KAA has been finalised”.
This is the third time in a year that CEENQA presents Kosovo and its Accreditation Agency for its success towards increasing the quality in higher education.
In December 2020 and July 2021, CEENQA has also presented KAA for its successes and achievements.
Kosovo is full member in CEENQA.
