The Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA), through its Monitoring Division, has successfully concluded the first phase of outreach regarding monitoring procedures in higher education institutions, in line with the new Regulation on Monitoring and Post-Accreditation Procedures adopted by KAA in 2025.

The purpose of these visits was to familiarize higher education institutions more closely with the monitoring process that will be conducted during the 2025/2026 academic year.

The visits were well received by institutional management, academic development coordinators, and student representatives, reflecting strong cooperation and commitment to quality assurance.

To further raise student awareness on the importance of quality in higher education, an informative poster with the motto “Quality in Education Begins with You” was also distributed during the visits and will be placed in locations accessible to students within the institutions.

The poster aims to encourage students to take an active role in institutional decision-making processes and to understand their responsibility in reporting irregularities, thereby contributing to a high-quality and effective educational environment.

KAA remains firmly committed to transparency, cooperation, and the continuous enhancement of quality in higher education in Kosovo.
