KAA Honors Dr. Audrey Peek for Her Contribution to Higher Education
The Director General of the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA), Naim Gashi, and the Director of the Department of Higher Education at the Ministry of Education and Science, Bardhyl Kabashaj, presented a certificate of appreciation to American expert and Fulbright Scholar Dr. Audrey Peek on the occasion of the completion of her mission in Kosovo.
The certificate was presented to Dr. Peek in recognition of her professional contribution to the development and advancement of the higher education system in the Republic of Kosovo, as well as for the support she provided to institutions responsible for quality assurance.
During her engagement in Kosovo, Dr. Peek collaborated with the Kosovo Accreditation Agency as part of its preparations for the international recognition process by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation in the United States of America — CHEA.
The Director General of KAA, Naim Gashi, thanked Dr. Peek for her professionalism, dedication, and support, emphasizing that international expertise is of particular importance for strengthening the Agency’s institutional capacities and advancing the international recognition process.
The Director of the Department of Higher Education, Bardhyl Kabashaj, commended Dr. Audrey Peek’s contribution to the advancement of Kosovo’s higher education system, with particular emphasis on her support for the KRIS system, a platform dedicated to the administration, development, and promotion of scientific research.
