KAA representatives participate in ENQA workshop on strategic communications in Oslo
Representatives of the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA), Mimoza Dobra, Senior Officer for Evaluation and Accreditation, and Elza Maxhera, Senior Officer for Post-Accreditation Procedures, participated in the ENQA Workshop on Strategic Communications in Quality Assurance Agencies, held on 4–5 June 2026 in Oslo, Norway, and hosted by NOKUT.
The aim of the workshop was to explore effective approaches to strategic communications within quality assurance agencies, with a particular focus on transparency, trust-building, institutional reputation, and societal responsibility. The programme included introductory presentations, case studies from European agencies, fishbowl and world café discussions, as well as working sessions aimed at identifying good practices in communication with stakeholders.
During the workshop, participants exchanged experiences on how quality assurance agencies communicate their activities, decisions, and strategic messages to stakeholders and the wider public. The discussions focused on the importance of open and transparent communication in strengthening public trust and enhancing the institutional impact of quality assurance agencies.
The workshop provided a valuable platform for networking and professional exchange among representatives of quality assurance agencies from different European countries, contributing to the further development of strategic communication practices in line with European standards and expectations.
The participation of KAA representatives in this workshop demonstrates the Agency’s commitment to continuous professional development, strengthening institutional transparency, and advancing communication with higher education institutions, students, experts, international partners, and the wider public.
KAA remains committed to advancing its institutional practices and strategic communication, in line with European standards and best practices in quality assurance in higher education.
