The State Council of Quality (SCQ) of the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA), at its meeting held on 08.06.2026, reviewed several reports of international accreditation experts and made decisions regarding them.

At this meeting, the members of the SCQ discussed the evaluation reports within the framework of accreditation processes, reviewing the findings, recommendations, and assessments of international experts for the relevant higher education institutions and programs.

During the meeting, various requests from higher education institutions were also addressed and reviewed in accordance with the legal and regulatory procedures of the Kosovo Accreditation Agency.

As part of the agenda, the SCQ also discussed issues related to monitoring and the follow-up of the implementation of recommendations given in previous accreditation processes. These mechanisms aim to ensure that higher education institutions meet quality standards and continue to improve their academic and institutional processes.

The Council also reviewed issues related to appeals and was informed about the preparations for the KAA Annual Conference 2026.

The Kosovo Accreditation Agency remains committed to implementing European standards for quality assurance in higher education, ensuring transparent, professional processes based on independent international evaluations.
