The annual academic staff declaration process on the Kosovo Accreditation Agency’s (KAA) E-Accreditation platform has been successfully completed, with a total of 2,960 academic staff members registered during the statutory declaration period.

Pursuant to the Law on the KAA, academic staff from all higher education institutions are required to complete their annual declaration between 1 and 31 July. Following the modernization of the platform, academic staff are now required to upload only documents that have been updated or amended since the previous year, making the process faster and more efficient.

E-Accreditation is the electronic platform of the Kosovo Accreditation Agency, developed to digitalize and manage accreditation and quality assurance processes in higher education. It enables the registration and declaration of academic staff, the submission of documentation and applications, as well as the management of data related to higher education institutions and their study programmes.

The platform has contributed to greater efficiency, transparency, and accuracy in the processes conducted by the KAA by reducing administrative procedures and the use of paper-based documentation. At the same time, it provides a centralized database that facilitates the administration, verification, and updating of information throughout the accreditation and monitoring processes of higher education institutions.
