A delegation of the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) is participating at the International Conference of the Association of Technology, Management, and Applied Engineering (ATMAE) in Orlando, Florida, the United States of America. ATMAE is a counterpart institution of the KAA that accredits all academic programs in the field of technology and engineering throughout the United States.

The KAA delegation, composed of Director Naim Gashi and Senior Officer, Shkelzen Gërxhaliu, held meetings with ATMAE executives, including Mr. Glenn Rettig, Chairman of the Board of ATMAE, as well as other Board members, experts of various fields, and representatives of renowned American universities. Among the topics of the meetings were academic exchanges of civil servants, academic staff, and students.

Possibilities of incorporating the American practices, methodologies and applicable criteria into the KAA regulatory framework, especially in the field of technology and engineering, will also be considered.
