The Appeals Committee of the KAA has approved the Working Regulation which is in accordance with the new Law of the KAA.
The Appeals Committee of the Kosovo Agency for Accreditation (AKA), in the meeting held on January 5, 2024, approved the Working Regulation which is in accordance with the new Law of the KAA.
The Chairman of the Appeals Committee, professor Ibish Mazreku, has said that based on the Law of the KAA, the competences, work and scope of the Committee have been clarified and this will positively affect the handling of all appeals.
Professor Mazreku has said that for the approval of the Regulation for the Complaints Commission, all the procedures of the legislation of the Republic of Kosovo in force have been applied.
The Appeals Committee is a body of KAA, which deals with appeals submitted by higher education institutions against the decisions of the State Council of Quality (SQC). According to the new Law, the Appeals Committee consists of five (5) permanent members.
