Meet the Panelists of Panel 1 at the 4th KAA Annual Conference
The Kosovo Accreditation Agency is pleased to bring together distinguished experts and leaders in higher education quality assurance for Panel 1: “The Role of Quality Assurance Agencies”.
The panel will feature Hristina Serafimovska, Director of the Agency for Quality in Higher Education of the Republic of North Macedonia (AKVO); Franci Demšar, Director of the Slovenian Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (NAKVIS); Anisa Subashi, General Director of the Quality Assurance Agency in Higher Education (ASCAL), Albania; Péter Levente Lakatos, Hungarian Accreditation Committee (MAB), ENQA Board Member; Patrick Van den Bosch, Head of the Flemish Higher Education Council – Quality Assurance (VLUHR QA), Belgium, Vice President of ENQA; and Douglas Blackstock, Former President of ENQA.
The discussion will be moderated by Aqim Emruli, SHER Team Leader, WUS Austria.
The 4th KAA Annual Conference will take place on 29 September 2026 in Prishtina, Kosovo, bringing together key stakeholders and international experts to discuss the evolving role of quality assurance agencies in strengthening higher education quality.
