Successful Completion of the Academic Staff Declaration Process on the “E-Akreditimi” Platform
On 31 July 2025, the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) successfully concluded the academic staff declaration process via the electronic platform E-Akreditimi, in full compliance with the obligations arising from the Law on KAA.
Between 1 and 31 July 2025, a total of 2,983 academic staff members from all higher education institutions in the Republic of Kosovo successfully completed their declarations through the platform.
This process was technically supported by the State Agency for Information (ASHI), which manages and maintains the digital infrastructure and servers of the “E-Akreditimi” platform.
Moreover, the professional staff of KAA, under the leadership of Mr. Kastriot Ilazi, Senior Administrator for Software Systems and Databases, provided email-based technical support to 332 professors, and responded to over 250 additional cases through phone consultations.
To facilitate the process, prior to the official launch of the platform, KAA organized training sessions for quality coordinators from all accredited higher education institutions in Kosovo. The purpose of these sessions was to equip coordinators with the necessary knowledge and guidance for using the platform and supporting academic staff during the declaration process.
The Kosovo Accreditation Agency expresses its sincere appreciation to all institutional quality coordinators for their commitment and collaboration, which significantly contributed to the efficient and transparent conclusion of this important process.
