State Council of Quality holds its 140th regular meeting
On 24 July 2025, the State Council of Quality (SCQ) of the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) held its 140th regular meeting, during which it discussed several items on the agenda.
The Council reviewed and reconsidered several expert reports regarding the accreditation of study programs in various academic fields. The agenda also included the handling of several institutional and programmatic requests, as well as the review of updated documentation for specific programs.
During the meeting, a number of appeals submitted by higher education institutions were also examined. The Council reviewed the decisions of the Appeals Committee and made final decisions on each case.
In the concluding part of the meeting, the SCQ discussed the preparations for the upcoming conference on quality assurance in higher education, which will be held in Pristina on 30 September 2025, along with other important matters related to its mandate.
