President of the State Council of Quality (SCQ) at the Kosovo Accreditation Agency, Professor Hasnije Ilazi, SCQ member Gëzim Tosuni, and KAA Director Naim Gashi conducted a meeting with the Conference of Rectors from public universities in Kosovo. During the meeting, they deliberated on the progression of external assessment processes that influence the enhancement of quality in higher education.

President Ilazi expressed in the meeting that KAA’s partnership with higher education institutions and the implementation of European quality policies and standards are having positive effects on enhancing the quality of study programs in Kosovo. She emphasized that the Agency highly values collaboration with all Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and is dedicated to complete transparency with all stakeholders in higher education.

The Chairman of the Conference of Rectors, also the Rector of the University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj, Professor Agron Bajraktari, extended gratitude to KAA representatives for their cooperation thus far, as well as their readiness to collaborate in the future.

The Rector of the University of Prishtina, Professor Qerim Qerimi, stated that the accreditation process is influencing the mobilization of all university capacities for the purpose of improving the quality of study programs.”
