KAA Opens the Platform for Accreditation Applications and Academic Staff Declarations
In accordance with the legally defined timeline, the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) has officially launched the application platform for institutional and program accreditation, as well as for the declaration of academic staff for the 2025/2026 academic year.
The application process will remain open until July 31, 2025.
Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) are required to ensure the declaration of academic staff for all accredited programs and to submit applications for accreditation, re-accreditation, and validation for the upcoming cycle.
Additionally, institutions must guarantee that the declaration of academic staff is fully compliant with the legal criteria and the regulatory framework of KAA.
The E-accreditation platform offers a fully digitalized and integrated process, enabling HEIs to apply more quickly, securely, and efficiently. Through this platform, the verification of documents and academic staff employment relationships is carried out automatically, ensuring transparency and operational efficiency. This process is conducted in cooperation with relevant state institutions such as the Civil Registration Agency (ARC) and the Tax Administration of Kosovo (TAK).
To support institutions throughout the application period, KAA will provide continuous technical assistance through its professional teams.
Institutions encountering any difficulties while using the platform or during the application process are encouraged to contact KAA for guidance and support at any time throughout the application period.
