Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) and the members of the State Council of Quality (SCQ), after a consultative meeting held on Friday, 05.02.2021, inform all higher education institutions in the Republic of Kosovo that the Agency continues the process of evaluation for institutional and academic programs accreditation.

The recent resignations from the SCQ, at this phase, have no impact on the current activities of the Accreditation Agency.

Kosovo Accreditation Agency remains hopeful that local institutions and international partners, in accordance with the legal framework, will contribute to filling the positions foreseen for international members of the SCQ, which will restore the full functionality of the SCQ.

Kosovo Accreditation Agency and SCQ members thank the local and international institutions and civil society for their continuous support in guaranteeing quality in higher education and to meet the criteria for Kosovo’s return to the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA).
