Prime Minister Kurti hosts in a meeting the president of the SCQ, Ms. Hasnije Ilazi and the director of the KAA, Mr. Naim Gashi
After the good news that was received yesterday about the advancement of the status of the Kosovo Accreditation Agency, as an affiliate member of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA), the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Albin Kurti, has welcomed at the meeting Ms. Hasnije Ilazi, President of the State Council of Quality and Mr. Naim Gashi, director of the Kosovo Accreditation Agency.
Prime Minister Kurti congratulated the work, commitment, and dedication of the KAA and the State Council of Quality, but also of our partners for this joyful news for everyone.
The lack of news about the Agency in these two years, 2021 and 2022, was good news, because there was nothing scandalous, unlike the previous years when scandals had become the norm. Meanwhile, we recently received the good news about the status of the Agency in ENQA, he said.
During the meeting, discussions took place on the raising of the quality of education through professional advancement and the exchange of good experiences from the countries of the European Union, as a necessity of the academic and university sector.
In the meeting, the importance of inter-institutional cooperation was emphasized to jointly overcome the challenges, and for the achievements and successes to be shared.
