The Kosovo Accreditation Agency Publishes Privacy Policies

Following the approval from the Agency for Information and Privacy (AIP) on December 10, 2025, the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) has published its Privacy Policies, which govern the processing and protection of personal data of individuals and institutions collaborating with KAA.

These privacy policies outline the procedures for the collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data, ensuring that the accreditation, reaccreditation, monitoring, and post-accreditation processes, as well as other activities of KAA, comply with the requirements of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and European Union standards for data protection.

The primary aim of this policy is to provide transparency to the involved parties and ensure the protection of individuals’ rights throughout the data processing process, including the right to access, correction, deletion, and restriction of data processing. The privacy policies will be periodically updated to reflect legal and regulatory changes.
