Heads of the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (AKA) were received in Podgorica by the representatives of the Agency for Quality Control and Assurance (ACQAHE) in Montenegro, with whom they discussed interstate cooperation in the field of quality assurance in higher education. The Kosovo delegation consisted of the President of the State Council of Quality (SCQ), professor Hasnije Ilazi; the member of SCQ, professor Gëzim Tosuni and the director of KAA, Naim Gashi. The State Quality Council (SQC) of the Kosovo Agency for Accreditation (KAA) held on 14.07.2022, the 102nd meeting, in which the reports of international accreditation experts were reviewed. After these decisions, HEI in Kosovo will have opportunity to announce calls for recruitment of students in all accredited programs in the Republic of Kosovo. SQC of KAA wishes a successful academic year to all students and academic staff.

With the support of the QAINT project implemented by Kosovo Education Center, on 13 July 2022, the KAA held an information session with Kosovo HEIs on the Methodology on Monitoring and Post-Accreditation Procedures. The State Council of Quality (SCQ) of the Kosovo Agency for Accreditation (AKA), at the 101st meeting, held on 30.06.2022, has reviewed and approved the reports of international experts, creating the opportunity to announce calls for the recruitment of new students in all accredited study programs. The Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) held on 13.06.2022 a public hearing regarding the draft document on the "Kosovo Subject Area Code". A delegation of the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA), for two days has participated in an event organized by the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA), in Cologne, Germany, where the process of external evaluation for membership in ENQA was discussed.
