On August 12, 2024, the State Council of Quality (SQC) of the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) convened its 127th meeting, during which it reviewed and made decisions on the reports of international evaluation experts. On August 2, 2024, the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) confirmed the successful completion of the application process for the accreditation/reaccreditation of higher education institutions in the Republic of Kosova, as well as the declaration of academic staff on the E Accreditation Platform, by the legal deadline of July 31, 2024. During its 126th meeting held on July 22, 2024, the State Council of Quality (SCQ) of the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) reviewed and decided on the reports of international assessment experts. In the same meeting, decisions were also made regarding the requests and complaints of higher education institutions. The members of the SCQ discussed the implementation of post-accreditation procedures in higher education institutions that had been previously decided upon.

KAA Director General Naim Gashi thanked U.S. Embassy officials Ms. Jennifer Lawson and Ms. Remzije Potoku for their institutional and financial support at a recent meeting.
