The Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) has launched the institutional accreditation process, in full alignment with the Standards for Accreditation of Higher Education Institutions and European best practices in quality assurance. The Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA), through its Monitoring Division, has successfully concluded the first phase of outreach regarding monitoring procedures in higher education institutions, in line with the new Regulation on Monitoring and Post-Accreditation Procedures adopted by KAA in 2025. A delegation from the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) participated in Zagreb in the commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the Croatian Agency for Science and Higher Education (ASHE). On October 23, 2025, the General Assembly of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA) elected Cristina Ghițulică, Director of the Romanian Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ARACIS), as the new President of ENQA.
