The State Council of Quality (SCQ) of the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) held its 144th regular meeting on 15 January 2026, during which several important agenda items related to accreditation processes and quality assurance in higher education in Kosovo were reviewed. The Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) has approved the Professional Development Plan for its staff during a workshop organized with the aim of strengthening professional, technical, and organizational capacities for the three-year period 2026–2028. On 12 December 2025, the Kosovo Accreditation Agency held an informative meeting on Post-Accreditation Procedures and the findings from the Implementation Plans for Recommendations. The meeting brought together approximately 150 representatives of higher education institutions, including institutional quality coordinators, program holders and heads of study programs, as well as other representatives directly involved in accreditation and post-accreditation processes.
