Dr. Arta Basha-Jakupi, former member of the State Council of Quality - SCQ (2018-2021)     is engaged as an international expert at European accreditation agencies, those of Latvia and Romania. Prof. Basha-Jakupi was selected to carry out evaluations of programs in the field of architecture and urban studies, for programs at the Masters and Doctorate level. Dear Sir/Madame, The Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) has recently adopted its supplemented Accreditation Manual (KAA Standards and Guidelines) and the Work Plan for the (re) accreditation of institutions of higher education and their study programs.
