On 31 July 2025, the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) successfully concluded the academic staff declaration process via the electronic platform E-Akreditimi, in full compliance with the obligations arising from the Law on KAA. Between 1 and 31 July 2025, a total of 2,983 academic staff members from all higher education institutions in the Republic of Kosovo successfully completed their declarations through the platform. On 24 July 2025, the State Council of Quality (SCQ) of the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) held its 140th regular meeting, during which it discussed several items on the agenda. The Council reviewed and reconsidered several expert reports regarding the accreditation of study programs in various academic fields. Pristina, 14 July 2025 – The Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) has been successfully registered in the European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education (EQAR), following a positive evaluation by an independent panel of experts from the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA). The Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) has published on its official website the Regulation on Standards for the Evaluation of Doctoral (PhD) Programmes, as approved by the State Council of Quality (SCQ) during its meeting held on 30 June 2025.
