The State Council of Quality (SCQ) of the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA), concluded on 23.05.2022 its 99th meeting, which started on 13.05.2022, in which reviews and decisions were made on the reports of international experts of accreditation at the institutional level and some academic programs. With the participation of all members, the SCQ has reviewed all requests and complaints of higher education institutions. Guidelines for student engagement in internal and external quality assurance of Kosovo Higher Education

KAA, within the project “Increasing student participation in internal and external quality assurance processes in Kosovo” funded by the U.S Embassy in Kosovo has prepared A guideline for Student engagement which aims to provide guidance on how students can contribute to quality provision and learning environments in higher education. The guidelines should also be used as a reference point when determining higher education legislation, accreditation provisions and institutional level regulations. KAA benefits from the Croatian experience in the field of quality assurance in higher education
