The Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) has published on its official website the Regulation on Standards for the Evaluation of Doctoral (PhD) Programmes, as approved by the State Council of Quality (SCQ) during its meeting held on 30 June 2025. In accordance with the legally defined timeline, the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) has officially launched the application platform for institutional and program accreditation, as well as for the declaration of academic staff for the 2025/2026 academic year. The application process will remain open until July 31, 2025. Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) are required to ensure the declaration of academic staff for all accredited programs and to submit applications for accreditation, re-accreditation, and validation for the upcoming cycle. Pristina, 27 June 2025 – The Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) has organized a training session to mark the launch of its new online application component for accreditation processes by Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the Republic of Kosovo.
